MsC - hahahahahahahahahahahahaha... (that would be a 'no', then) We expect the Spring thaw around mid-April. The cracks in the ice are simply the result of the water being kept open for part of each day by ice breaker tour boats, refreezing over night, and then being broken up again when the process repeats itself.
