I'm fed up with the Blogger inhouse spam captcha*, so am currently trying to import a widget that will do the same job but without forcing commenters to read and retype incomprehensible strings of numbers and letters.
In the long term this should make life easier for people wanting to comment.
In the short term, it seems to mean that nobody can...

ReplyDeleteI have to say, I really hate captcha too. I've simply set my wordpress so folks have to be ok'ed before they post comments the first time. After that they can post automatically. Seems to work for me. Hope you're well!
ReplyDeleteThe captcha with numbers is a helluva lot easier than the ones with letters, which seem to get more and more squashed the more times you have to do it. (With me, it's always at least 3.)
