I've read abo...Ah, so that's what he was. I've read about them, but I don't believe they are native to the Southwestern U.S. Glad to finally see what one looks like. So sorry you're having to wait so long for Spring, but surely it will be there soon? When we lived in the Midwest, Spring arrived much later, and I remember digging around in the snow by the garden bench around the beginning of February each year, looking for crocus shoots(God knows what the neighbors thought.)
